Leaking? Close the cold-water valve above the heater, then turn off its breaker (electric) or set the gas control to Off (gas). Move belongings away from the water and call or text us.

Should you repair it or replace it?
If the tank is dry and one part has failed, repairing it is usually the better value. If the tank is leaking, or a heater around 10 years old needs a major part, replacing it often makes more sense. We’ll give you both prices.
